A total of 24 agri-food companies learned about FDA’s new labelling requirements during the course of a technical workshop organized by the Consejería de Economía y Conocimiento, through its agency Extenda-Agencia Andaluza de Promoción Exterior, in Sevilla.

The session was led by Itzíar Gómez Carrasco, from GOCA Consulting Services, consultant in International Development with experience working as researcher and certificates in HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices) and Preventive Controls for Human Food-PCQI (FSMA) by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA).
