GOCA Consulting provided the PCQI training required by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) to Aceites del Sur-Coosur staff. The training took place at the ACESUR facilities in Dos Hermanas in Seville, on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of October. The agri-food companies that need to comply with regulatory requirements must ensure that their food safety system is developed and implemented by staff who have successfully completed training in preventive controls.
